  • The problem was caused by third-party tools, services, or user error.

In most approved cases, Buffortune will prioritize replacement before issuing a refund.

  • We may provide an account of equal or greater value.
  • Replacement depends on available stock.
  • If no suitable replacement is available, a refund may be approved.

3. How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.
